The Crepeccino restaurant brand (“Crepeccino,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and retain information when you visit crepeccino.com, request a reservation, subscribe for updates, apply for a job, or follow a link from our website to an ordering, payment, delivery, mapping, or social-media service.
Information we collect
Information you provide directly. Depending on how you use the website, you may provide:
- Reservation information, including your selected café, party size, name, telephone number, requested date and time, and your choice about reservation text messages.
- Contact and subscription information, such as your name, email address, telephone number, communication preferences, and the content of a question or message.
- Job-application information, such as your name, contact information, address, location and position preferences, availability, employment history, résumé, and other information you choose to submit.
- Order and transaction information. When you order or buy a gift card through a linked provider, that provider collects the information needed to process the transaction. Depending on the service and transaction, Crepeccino may receive order details, contact information, payment status, pickup or delivery information, and other records needed to prepare, fulfill, support, and account for the transaction. Payment-card details are handled by the payment provider rather than by the reservation or contact forms on this website.
Please do not place Social Security numbers, payment-card numbers, medical information, or other sensitive information in a free-text field or message unless we specifically request it through an appropriate process.
Sensitive information. A résumé, message, or other material you choose to provide may contain information that some laws treat as sensitive. If we receive sensitive information, we use it for the purpose for which it was submitted, to comply with law, and for other purposes permitted by law.
Information collected automatically. When you use the website, Crepeccino and its service providers may collect information such as your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, language, approximate location derived from IP address, pages viewed, referring page, date and time, interactions with links or forms, downloads, scroll depth, time spent on a page, advertising identifiers, and diagnostic or security information. The website may also store your selected café or similar preferences in cookies or browser storage.
Information from other sources. We may receive information from ordering and delivery providers, payment processors, advertising and analytics providers, social-media platforms, and other services you choose to use in connection with Crepeccino.

We may use information to:
- process and respond to reservation requests and communicate about a requested visit;

- send reservation confirmations or reminders when you choose to receive text messages;
- respond to questions and other requests;

- understand website use, measure advertising, improve our website and guest experience, and promote Crepeccino;
- detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, misuse, security incidents, and technical problems; and
- comply with law, enforce our terms, and establish or defend legal claims.
Cookies, analytics, and advertising
Our website and its service providers use cookies, pixels, tags, server logs, and browser storage. These technologies may be used to operate the site, remember your selected café, protect the site, understand how visitors use it, measure advertising, and support advertising on other services.
Our current website configuration includes Google services, including Google Analytics and Google Ads, and Meta advertising technologies. Those technologies may operate through browser tags or configured server integrations. These providers may receive online identifiers, IP address, browser or device information, referral information, and activity on our website. Depending on your settings and the provider’s practices, a provider may combine that information with activity from other websites or services. You can learn more through the Google Privacy Policy and Meta Privacy Policy.
Targeted-advertising disclosure. Our use of advertising technologies may be considered targeted advertising, or a “sale” or “sharing” of personal data, under some privacy laws even when no money is exchanged. To ask about or exercise any applicable right relating to this activity, contact us using either method in the “Contact us” section below. We will review and respond to the request as required by applicable law. You may also manage Google advertising through My Ad Center, manage Meta advertising through your Meta account’s ad preferences, and control or delete cookies through your browser. Blocking some technologies may affect website features.
Reservation text messages
If you separately choose reservation text messages, we may use your telephone number to send transactional confirmations, reminders, or updates about that reservation. Consent is optional and is not a condition of booking. Message and data rates may apply. To ask us to stop reservation texts, reply STOP or contact us. We do not sell mobile telephone numbers or SMS opt-in information, and we do not share them with unaffiliated third parties for those parties’ own marketing. We may disclose them to service providers as needed to deliver and support the messages you requested.
How we disclose information
We may disclose the categories of information described above to:
- Website, hosting, security, and communications providers that help us operate the website, store form information, deliver email or text messages, prevent abuse, and support our systems. These may include WordPress-related providers, GoDaddy, Cloudflare, and a messaging provider.
- Analytics and advertising providers, including Google and Meta, as described above.
- Ordering, payment, gift-card, and delivery providers, including Square, Cash App, DoorDash, and Uber Eats. Some information goes directly from you to the provider; depending on the transaction, Crepeccino may disclose or receive information needed to support it.
- Professional advisers and operational providers, such as accountants, insurers, attorneys, technology consultants, and other vendors that support our business.
- Government authorities or other parties when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect guests, applicants, Crepeccino, or others; investigate fraud or security concerns; or establish or defend legal claims.
- A buyer, successor, or transaction participant in connection with a proposed or completed merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or part of the business, subject to appropriate safeguards.
These recipients may process information under their own privacy notices when they act independently. Crepeccino is not responsible for the privacy practices of a third-party website or service.
Third-party ordering, payment, delivery, maps, and social media
Links to Square, Cash App, DoorDash, Uber Eats, FiveStars, Google Maps, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Tripadvisor, or another third-party service take you to a service that Crepeccino does not control. Information you provide directly to that service is governed by its privacy notice and terms. Review those notices before submitting payment or other personal information.
Job applicants
We use applicant information to evaluate qualifications, communicate about opportunities, conduct appropriate hiring activities, comply with legal obligations, and maintain employment and recruiting records. We may disclose applicant information to service providers and professional advisers that support recruiting, records management, security, or legal compliance. Applicant information is not used to send restaurant marketing unless the applicant separately chooses to receive it.
Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including providing services, maintaining business and transaction records, handling requests, recruiting, resolving disputes, protecting the website, and meeting legal, tax, accounting, or reporting obligations. Retention depends on the type of information, the relationship involved, operational needs, applicable law, and security considerations. We may keep information longer when required by law, needed for a legal claim, or necessary to investigate misuse or a security incident. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete it, deidentify it, or make it inaccessible.
Your choices and privacy rights
To stop marketing emails, use any unsubscribe instructions provided in the message or contact us. To ask us to stop reservation text messages, reply STOP or contact us. Browser and device settings may allow you to block or delete cookies, limit tracking, or control location information.
Depending on where you live and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have the right to:
- confirm whether we process your personal data and access it;
- correct inaccurate personal data;
- request deletion of personal data;
- obtain a portable copy of personal data you previously provided;
- opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, or certain profiling; and
- appeal a decision we make about a privacy request.
To submit a request, email accounts@crepeccino.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject line, or write to the mailing address below. Describe the right you want to exercise and provide enough information for us to identify the relevant records. We may ask for additional information to verify your identity and protect your information. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law, but we may require proof of authority and identity.
We will respond within the time required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right. If we decline your request, you may appeal by emailing accounts@crepeccino.com with “Privacy Appeal” in the subject line or by writing to us. If you are a Texas resident and we deny your appeal, you may submit a complaint to the Texas Attorney General.
Children’s privacy
The website is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 submitted personal information through the website, contact us so we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures designed to protect personal information. No website, transmission, or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as our services, technology, or legal obligations change. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the “Last updated” date. If a change materially affects how we use personal information, we will provide any additional notice required by law.
